Fiji’s Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Tamavua church in Suva is celebrating its 40th Anniversary with a two-week evangelistic program, but its plans to bring acclaimed evangelist Randy Skeets from Detroit, USA to speak in person were disrupted by the COVID lockdowns.
As is the new normal, the church beamed in the pastor, who has almost 24,000 Twitter followers, through Zoom, social media and Hope TV, yet his messages were still labelled “a blessing for Fiji”, by SDA Church Fiji President Pastor Nasoni Lutunaliwa.

The evangelist’s message was titled ‘As easy as ABC’ and stressed the importance of man’s recognition of the alienation from God after breaking his laws in the garden of Eden, as well as the provision through his son to be reconciled to God.
A combined audience of well over 1000 people viewed his message across the various platforms and Hope TV.
The two week program will continue until July 3.
